Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. Outside of the workouts we will do, I can design a workout plan to include any equipment you have at home or just body-weight exercises.
Everyone is different but, if you follow the meal plan and do the work you WILL see results.
